Hoping all of our moms were celebrated this past Mother's Day weekend! I had a great weekend away with the family and cherish those times tremendously!

Sunday Crepes
Perfect Breakfast for Mom!

Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups whole milk (I rarely have whole milk and have used almond milk, skim milk and combinations of whatever is in the house)
- 3 large eggs
- 3 Tablespoons sugar (I've used Stevia, only used 2 Tablespoons, again...forgiving)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Scant 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ...
Homemade Musical Instruments
Make your own rain stick and tambourine!
- Toilet paper roll for rain stick
- 2 paper plates for tambourine
- Construction paper
- Tape (wide, packaging tape is easiest)
- Beans or rice
- Yarn, string, or ribbon
- Decorative materials (foam shapes, scrap paper, markers, etc.)
- Fill the paper towel roll or toilet paper roll with some rice.
- Wrap 1 piece of construction paper around toilet paper roll, making sure both ends are well covered.
- Place tape over any seams.
- Decorate!
- Put rice on one plate.
- Place the second plate over the first ...
